Your Role:

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to champion our Sales, Marketing, and Education divisions across both Handshake Careers and Handshake AI. You will partner with leaders and employees to enhance our culture, optimize processes, and develop people programs as we expand. The position includes traditional HRBP responsibilities such as performance management and HR support, combined with the innovative task of building scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on crucial people matters, performance, growth, engagement, and team dynamics.

  • Assist business leaders in cultivating high-performing, inclusive teams through effective people programs and insightful data analysis.

  • Identify organizational design and talent needs as the team grows.

  • Develop leadership capabilities across Sales, Marketing, and Education teams.

People Programs & Operations

  • Oversee the execution of essential people processes, including performance evaluations, compensation, promotions, and headcount planning.

  • Support onboarding, learning, and professional development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with People Operations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
