Support hardening of non-human identities focusing on least-privilege access and effective key management. Collaborate with senior engineers to uphold FedRAMP High and other compliance programs, preparing necessary documentation for audits. Integrate IAM and endpoint events into monitoring tools such as Datadog to enhance visibility and investigation capabilities. Work with MDM teams (Jamf, Workspace ONE, Kolide) to ensure device posture compliance with IAM policies. Create and upkeep documentation and runbooks for IAM processes, automations, and incident response procedures. Participate in the on-call rotation for IAMSEC, providing support for production incidents affecting identity and access services.
