Role Overview:
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will spearhead high-impact projects, ensuring seamless execution for premier banks. You will collaborate closely with customers, overseeing the entire delivery process of AdalFi’s solutions. Join our dynamic team to drive innovation in financial workflows and enhance banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Leadership: Oversee all stages of implementation, including pre-UAT, UAT, production deployment, and post-launch support.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations and maintaining professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- UAT Coordination: Organize, facilitate, and manage UAT sessions with banks, addressing issues to ensure production readiness.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, escalating when necessary.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows for inefficiencies and propose enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.


Required Skills & Experience:
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client relationship management.
- Strong leadership skills to direct projects and teams proficiently.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude focused on achieving results.
Hard Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing software solutions, ideally within banking or financial sectors.
- Proficiency in UAT processes, system testing, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
- Advanced technical skills, including SQL, debugging, and system configuration understanding.


Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 2-6 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or project management roles, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
