Responsibilities include managing major implementations at large colleges and universities, working directly with stakeholders such as provosts, deans, IT departments, and faculty affairs leaders. The role blends customer engagement, program management, and the development of operational playbooks. Setting standards, creating methodologies, and defining templates and metrics for the implementation team are also core aspects.

Role Overview The Corporate Applications team is hiring an IT ERP M&A Data Migration Technical Manager. This role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. The manager will lead and execute ERP data migrations for newly acquired companies, supporting Woolpert’s strategic growth. The position blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including defining migration strategies, guiding the IT data migration team, and designing enterprise-level data migration and ETL processes. Key Responsibilities Lead ERP data migrations for acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) Develop and implement migration strategies for legacy data conversion Direct and support the IT data migration team throughout the project lifecycle Architect and oversee enterprise-wide data migration and ETL workflows Participate directly in data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation Manage complex financial, multicurrency, and operational datasets across multiple global legal entities Required Skills and Experience Strong technical background in SQL Expertise in data mapping and validation Experience with ERP data migrations, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE Ability to handle intricate data processes for diverse legal and financial structures Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams Location This position can be based in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Dayton, OH; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; or Tampa, FL.
