The Role
As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Blyce, you will take the lead on complex, multi-year software implementations for government clients. You will oversee the project from inception through to go-live and stabilization, ensuring that our solutions generate significant benefits for the client organizations.
While you do not need to be a technical architect, you should possess a solid understanding of IT to ask pertinent questions, make informed decisions, and guide both clients and teams toward practical outcomes. Your leadership skills, ability to align stakeholders, and capacity to create momentum in complex settings will be your greatest assets.
You will know when to apply structured approaches and when to embrace flexibility for optimal results. You are assertive when necessary but also adept at navigating political and organizational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Blyce platform implementations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Blyce and client organizations.
- Translate client objectives into actionable implementation strategies.
- Oversee scope, planning, risk management, budget control, contract management, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with various government entities.
