Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop IT processes from the ground up, including system setup, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding procedures, with a focus on establishing a new IT Service Management center.
- Manage user accounts and devices, ensuring seamless onboarding for new employees and secure offboarding for departing staff.
- Configure and maintain communication systems, including Gmail and Google Workspace, to enhance collaboration across teams.
- Oversee hardware procurement, including sourcing and troubleshooting mobile devices and laptops, ensuring optimal functionality for users.
- Demonstrate expertise in OS and software management on both Mac and Windows platforms, handling installations, configurations, and security updates.
- Provide hands-on IT support, efficiently managing support tickets to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and uphold IT processes using ITIL and ITSM methodologies, focusing on change management and incident resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of digital assets and device inventory, ensuring compliance and control.
- Support a team of 30-40 staff members, including remote employees, fostering collaboration and training on best practices.
- Perform general administrative functions, including data reporting and ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
