Responsibilities:Lead IT and Security audit, risk, and compliance activities across global infrastructure, applications, processes, and security controls. Manage extensive, cross-functional compliance initiatives and drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders and phased deliverables. Evaluate IT and Security systems, controls, and processes to identify risks, enhance compliance, and improve control effectiveness. Collaborate with business, IT, and Security leaders to conduct risk assessments, recommend process improvements, and support compliance strategies. Conduct control testing and assessments against established frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and relevant regulatory requirements. Develop and refine compliance policies, procedures, controls, and awareness initiatives to support ongoing regulatory and organizational compliance. Analyze control gaps, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and effectively communicate compliance status and metrics to leadership. Assist in executive reporting and promote improvements across IT, Security, and Engineering compliance efforts. Enhance efficiency in external cybersecurity questionnaires, RFPs, and RFQs through analysis and process optimization. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.5+ years of experience in IT audit, technology compliance, risk management, regulatory compliance, legal compliance, or related fields. Proven experience in leading or supporting intricate compliance, audit, or risk initiatives.

Role overview

The Senior IT Compliance Analyst joins the Cybersecurity Team in Cluj-Napoca. This position manages a variety of IT and cybersecurity compliance projects, ranging from moderately to highly complex. The analyst’s work helps strengthen global IT and security controls, policies, standards, and procedures to meet company objectives and follow industry practices.
