• Expertise in Windows 10, iOS, and Android devices.• Proficient knowledge in security and networking, particularly concerning modern authentication and connectivity for corporate environments from internet-connected mobile devices.• Experience with Enterprise computing management systems such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), AirWatch, Intune, and Virtual Desktop Environments including VMware VDI and Citrix.• Proven track record in managing Windows 10 devices in a hybrid computing environment, incorporating both cloud solutions (Mobile Device Management enrollment, Azure AD join) and on-premise configurations (domain joined, group policy, etc.).• Comprehensive knowledge of general computing technologies.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex and abstract concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.
