As a Senior IT Operations Manager, you will oversee all IT operations at Aircall and lead our IT teams across our offices in New York, Paris, San Francisco, and Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing IT strategies that support Aircall's growth trajectory, possessing experience in scaling IT teams within high-growth environments. This role necessitates collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure Security teams to effectively prioritize IT initiatives. In addition to managing personnel and stakeholder relationships, you will be hands-on with support ticket management, optimizing our support processes, onboarding and offboarding employees across various tools, procuring and distributing hardware, establishing top-tier IT security policies, and liaising with external vendors. Strong technical expertise is essential, particularly with tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jira or other ticketing systems, Zoom, and more.
