Position Overview
As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in owning and advancing our corporate cloud infrastructure and identity management systems. Your extensive expertise will be instrumental in creating complex automations, fortifying security measures, and optimizing integrations utilizing platforms such as AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, and Okta Workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and upkeep of advanced identity management, endpoint management, and security frameworks to ensure compliance and enhance user experiences.
- Design, build, and enhance intricate automations using advanced scripting and serverless technologies, including AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
- Architect, implement, and support integrations via platforms like Workato, Okta Workflows, or similar tools to automate essential business processes.
- Develop and uphold system and security policies in line with industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, such as Security, Engineering, Business Systems, and People Operations, to create scalable and secure solutions.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for highly complex technical challenges.
- Create comprehensive runbooks, scripts, and detailed technical documentation to facilitate ongoing operations.
- Continuously assess opportunities to refine system architecture, automate workflows, and enhance overall system efficiency.
