Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CI&T to serve a client in the financial sector;
- Develop backend components;
- Create and maintain high-quality, high-performance microservices;
- Engage actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment;
- Work closely with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices;
- Foster a collaborative environment with both teammates and clients, promoting productivity and harmony;
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with all team members, facilitating the exchange of information and alignment of objectives.

Requirements:
- Proficient in JAVA/Spring development;
- Knowledge of Clean Code and REST APIs;
- Ability to develop unit tests;
- Experience in conducting code reviews;
- Familiarity with Node.js;
- Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos);
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN, including Dailies, sprints, and reviews;
- Experience in a hybrid cloud environment (MS Azure), pipelines, sonar, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Clean Code and REST APIs;
- Ability to develop unit tests;
- Experience in conducting code reviews;
- Familiarity with Node.js;
