Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
