The Opportunity
With our entry into the Flights sector in 2019, Agoda is rapidly expanding to establish itself as a leading Online Travel Agency (OTA) for flights in the Asia-Pacific region. We are enhancing our commercial leadership team to maximize this potential through Third Party partnerships.
As a Senior Lead for Flights third parties, you will be instrumental in shaping Agoda’s market strategy, advancing partner initiatives, and laying the groundwork for sustainable success. This role holds significant visibility and impact, focusing on commercial negotiations, strategic alliances, and cross-functional leadership.
You will take full ownership of third-party partnerships: identifying and securing new collaborations, optimizing performance with existing partners, and ensuring Agoda provides unparalleled value to both travelers and suppliers. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will represent Agoda's commercial interests in-market, engaging directly with C-level executives of our partners, with support from global teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and more.
