About the Role
We are seeking a visionary builder to spearhead our 'AI for Work' initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Director of AI Strategy and Enablement, you will develop the internal AI framework that enhances team productivity. This role involves constructing, assessing vendors, and continuously refining the AI systems that empower our teams to operate at peak efficiency and scale our capacity to deploy agents across the business. You will integrate directly within business functions, gaining a deep understanding of current operational practices while fundamentally reimagining future workflows. This role transcends merely adding automation to existing processes; it is about reengineering how work is accomplished using intelligent tooling that transforms and optimizes workflows. You will collaborate with leaders across the business to identify high-impact opportunities, design smart solutions, and achieve measurable improvements in productivity, quality of output, and employee experiences. You will define what 'AI-native operations' look like at Taskrabbit.
As the AI Productivity and Business Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, testing, and piloting third-party AI tools to unlock substantial productivity enhancements across Taskrabbit. You will partner with the Director of AI Strategy and Enablement and functional leaders to identify high-value process bottlenecks and propose AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will facilitate structured experiments and pilot programs that illustrate tangible business impact.
