JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that delivers visual elements of the application. Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, you will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, playing an active role in defining both the look and functionality of the application.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Produce efficient and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to reach common goals.
• Uphold high engineering standards, ensuring consistency across codebases, infrastructure, and processes.
• Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing ones.
• Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize front-end application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Validate user input before submission to the back-end.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance usability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Actively engage with UI/UX designers to bridge design and technical implementation.

COMPETENCY PROFILE:

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of libraries and frameworks, including AngularJS, ReactJS, and others.
• Strong grasp of web markup, particularly HTML5 and CSS3.
• Basic knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience in creating libraries and tools for engineers and operational teams.
• Proven experience in building and designing high-performance frontend applications.
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles.
