Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting complex legal documents across varied formats.
- Reviewing incoming documents based on case nature and status.
- Preparing legal documents such as indictments, warrants, motions, and subpoenas.
- Gathering necessary information from relevant sources for legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with local court rules and format standards.
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparations by organizing trial materials.
- Collaborating with victim/witness specialists to uphold victims’ rights.
- Utilizing legal research tools to verify citations and references.
- Proofreading and editing legal briefs for accuracy.
- Filing legal documents electronically with the U. S. District Court.
- Compiling organized documents and tables of contents for briefs.
