This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our diverse litigation portfolio, with responsibilities encompassing eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and direct support for attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of complex legal documents.
- Review and analyze incoming documents, assessing their relevance to ongoing cases.
- Draft indictments, arrest warrants, motions, and various legal memoranda.
- Gather necessary information from criminal case files and law enforcement agencies to support legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local court rules and formatting standards for legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists.
- Collaborate with victim/witness specialists to uphold victims' rights and responsibilities.
- Verify legal citations and statutory references using both traditional and online resources.
- Proofread and edit legal briefs for accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize the CM/ECF system for electronic filing of legal documents.
- Develop organized indices and tables of contents for legal briefs.
