This crucial position plays an integral role in managing various facets of the company's litigation portfolio, including eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and providing attorney support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft complex legal documents including indictments, arrest warrants, summonses, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Review incoming legal materials, assess case status, and ensure compliance with local court rules.
- Gather required information from case files and law enforcement for document preparation.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing trial exhibits, compiling jury instructions, and creating witness and exhibit lists.
- Collaborate with victim/witness specialists to uphold victims' rights and services.
- Utilize legal research tools like Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis to verify citations and ensure accuracy.
- Proofread and edit legal briefs and electronically file documents with the U. S. District Court using the CM/ECF system.
- Develop and organize tables of contents and indices for briefs according to established formats.
