You will also manage the delivery of executable loan documents, ensuring timely communication with all external parties, including legal, title, and escrow.Loan Closing (15%): Your expertise will be vital in reviewing executed loan documents for proper signatures and notarization. You will prepare closing instructions and handle the transmission of loan documents for title and escrow recording. Additionally, you will ensure that all pre-closing requirements are met and coordinate any necessary waivers.Miscellaneous Duties (15%): You should possess strong knowledge of commercial real estate and documentation, along with experience in utilizing automated documentation systems.
