Qualifications

Technical SkillsFluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Strong programming skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, emphasizing refactoring and readability. Solid understanding of machine learning principles and practices, including model training, deployment, and evaluation. Experience with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, mentoring junior engineers and facilitating discussions.
