About the job
Is This Opportunity for You?
Are you familiar with the pressure of ensuring that essential equipment is always operational? You may currently feel a lack of structure, camaraderie, and the excitement of working in a setting where technology, discipline, and reliability are paramount. If you possess a knack for analysis, troubleshooting, and assisting colleagues, the role of Senior Maintenance Diagnostic Specialist (SMOD) might be the perfect avenue to apply your expertise once again. Through Triangular Group, you will contribute to the operational capability of the National Resilience Training program in Amsterdam.
What Will You Do?
The National Resilience Training program prepares youth and working individuals to become reservists. Supporting this program is a logistics platoon primarily composed of TGS personnel. As the program expands, so does the vehicle fleet, and you will ensure that this equipment remains fully operational.
As the SMOD, you will be the technical expert within the team. You will carry out diagnostics, resolve malfunctions, and ensure that vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for use. You'll work within a close-knit team where craftsmanship and collaboration are central to your mission.
You will be responsible for the operational readiness of the entire vehicle fleet.
You will diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions.
You will oversee maintenance activities and provide guidance to your colleagues.
You will monitor quality, safety, and maintenance scheduling.
You will closely collaborate with the logistics platoon and TGS colleagues.
Where Will You Work?
Your workplace will be in Amsterdam, within a team that supports the National Resilience Training program. The work environment includes workshops, outdoor areas, and logistical facilities where vehicles are deployed daily. You will coordinate regularly with the platoon staff and collaborate with mechanics, drivers, and instructors. TGS colleagues will be available at various times, and visits to the headquarters in Heerle will occur occasionally.
