Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance throughout our molding operations. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance of our presses, robotics, and support machinery, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

This hands-on role demands extensive knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, particularly with large-tonnage machines (500T–2000T). You will also contribute to the development of our preventive maintenance (PM) program, monitor downtime metrics, and assist in scaling our next-generation factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines (190T–2000T), robots, dryers, chillers, and various auxiliary equipment.

  • Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs with minimal oversight.

  • Create and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, maintaining thorough documentation.

  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues, driving long-term solutions.
