Role Overview
As the Senior Manager for Company Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Lean In’s engagement with organizations globally, focusing on initiatives that promote women’s advancement and rectify the systemic barriers they face.
This position involves nurturing our most critical partnerships, developing scalable collaboration frameworks, and managing a portfolio that drives both organizational growth and measurable outcomes. We seek an innovative thinker who can execute with precision, someone who builds trust with executive leaders, crafts scalable partnership models, and ensures our initiatives are effectively integrated into corporate structures. Your contributions will significantly influence corporate investments in women’s advancement and the sustainability of progress over time.
What You'll Do
Partnership Strategy
-Direct Lean In’s partnership strategy encompassing corporate, nonprofit, and scalable models
-Define clear criteria for tiering and investing in partners at scale
-Develop and oversee a focused, impactful portfolio that aligns with our long-term objectives
-Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, account management, and scaling adoption
