This influential position calls for a strategic visionary with extensive consulting expertise to spearhead strategic initiatives, manage significant transformation projects, and liaise with high-level government officials. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the formulation, enhancement, and execution of the agency's comprehensive strategy, alongside budget management and operational model design.
- Transformation Management: Oversee major digital transformation initiatives, from conceptualization and roadmap planning to benefit realization and performance tracking. Provide leadership for the PMO and coordinate various workstreams to ensure effective delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with C-suite and senior government leaders to facilitate decision-making, present strategic recommendations, and foster alignment on key initiatives.
- Digital & Technology Guidance: Utilize your profound knowledge of technology and digital trends to guide and influence vital digital programs, including the transformation of government services and comprehensive digitalization efforts.
