Key Responsibilities:Oversee Oscar's primary office locations along with ad hoc WeWork and remote workspaces across the country. Lead the workplace operations team to ensure a high standard of consistent service delivery, encompassing mail distribution, food and beverage services, office supplies, custodial services, safety protocols, parking, and tenant relations. Manage and execute day-to-day office operations, optimizing spaces for collaboration, productivity, and employee wellness. Foster strong cross-functional relationships with People, Legal, Finance, Security, Communications, and Executive teams to adapt to evolving business needs. Oversee team budgets, tools, vendor relationships, and contracts to promote operational and cost efficiencies. Act as project manager for office space development and branding initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and evolution of Oscar Health's workplace and cultural strategies. Your mission is to cultivate an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered to excel. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, as you manage workplace operations across various locations, lead a cross-functional team to ensure seamless day-to-day services, and drive impactful cultural initiatives that enhance connection, engagement, and a profound sense of belonging. You will be a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of facilities management, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Your direct report will be the Head of Talent Engagement.

Work Location: This role is based in our New York City office and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days of in-office attendance weekly. Thursdays are mandatory in-office days for team meetings and events, while the other two days are flexible to accommodate your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Salary Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $135,792 to $178,227 per year. Additionally, you will benefit from Oscar's employee benefits, unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
