Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to spearhead the implementation, optimization, and support of our financial systems and processes. This position is essential for ensuring that our ERP, planning/forecasting tools, reporting systems, and integrations facilitate precise financial reporting, scalable growth, and operational efficiency.

This role will report directly to the Controller and collaborate closely with teams in Accounting, FP&A, Capital Markets, IT, and across the organization.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 5% for company events or project sites.

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid role)

Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 (includes bonus)

Essential Responsibilities

Financial Systems Strategy & Governance
- Contribute to the development and execution of the financial systems roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Lead enhancements and ongoing optimization of core financial systems, including ERP, planning/forecasting, consolidation, and reporting platforms.
- Establish and uphold system governance, incorporating change management, access controls, documentation standards, and configuration best practices.
Implementation & Integration
- Oversee financial system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with operational and third-party systems (e.g., Procore, Expensify, TriNet, HiBob).
- Manage system configuration, including creation and modification of necessary documents and tools.
