Position: Senior Manager, Global Creative & Product Development – Licensed Merchandise

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Global Creative and Product Development Operations for the Licensed Merchandise Team. This role requires a strong background in global operations, creativity, and licensing, aimed at steering our creative and product development teams towards success.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for processes, deadlines, consumer trends, and driving creative excellence across multiple projects.

With a proven history of managing large IP projects and culturally significant programs in both hardlines and softlines categories, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the PlayStation brand and our software IP titles.

This position will oversee the creative and product development processes and teams while coordinating milestones to ensure successful market launches across the Licensed Merchandise Team.

You will collaborate closely with Licensing leads, licensees, gaming studios, franchise teams, retail marketing, and other cross-functional groups to bring our global vision, strategy, and operational plans to fruition.

This role involves working with executives and stakeholders both internally and externally to achieve business objectives. We are looking for an innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to multiple roles.
