About the Team:
The Paytm payment gateway empowers numerous online merchants to deliver a seamless payment experience to their customers. Our presence spans large enterprises and dynamic startups, including renowned unicorns. We aim to elevate payments from mere transactional functions to strategic drivers of revenue and user growth for our merchants. The Online Payment Gateway operates as Paytm’s B2B Business, regulated by RBI, ensuring that only authorized entities engage in Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway operations. This team focuses on expanding Paytm’s PA PG business within the Indian merchant segment. Additionally, the Business Payments team designs disbursal solutions for large and mid-sized corporates' vendor, customer, channel partner, and employee payments. The team also plays a critical role in developing tax-saving solutions for employees of leading corporates.
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Key Account Management (KAM) Sales role, responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio. This role emphasizes business growth, maintaining strong client relationships through regular interactions, and cross-selling additional products related to this business. The focus will also be on achieving revenue targets and increasing overall revenues by engaging with both existing and new merchants.
 
Expectations / Requirements:
 
1. Acquire new merchants for corporate payments.
2. Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
3. Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure a robust market presence.
4. Oversee recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
5. Foster and promote enduring customer relationships to enhance business growth.
