About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager to join our Global Partnerships team. This key position will oversee and manage one of our most vital global partnerships, bridging our B2B (restaurant) and B2C (diner) sectors. Ideal candidates will confidently interact at the C-suite level, excel in complex business development, and demonstrate exemplary strategic partnership management to propel company growth.
In this role, you will:
Take charge of the vision, strategy, and successful implementation of a pivotal global partnership essential for OpenTable’s growth.
Expand the role's scope over time to include additional strategic partners, further enhancing OpenTable's global partnerships portfolio.
Lead intricate negotiations and contracting processes, ensuring deal structures and terms that maximize strategic value and growth for OpenTable.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless execution and achievement of partnership goals.
Act as the main relationship steward, engaging regularly with C-suite and senior leadership, both internally and within partner organizations.
Address complex partnership challenges decisively, maintaining momentum and reaching critical performance metrics.
Develop and manage the joint business plan, OKRs, and performance metrics for the partnership, providing concise updates to senior management on strategy and results.
