Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Product Analytics leads analytical work across three key areas: core product analytics (covering sleep, strain, and recovery), hardware product analytics (working with technical product managers on device and sensor topics), and algorithmic analytics (connecting algorithm development with product strategy). This leader mentors and develops a team of analysts, while also staying involved in hands-on analysis.
What You Will Do
- Guide analytical projects that inform product decisions for sleep, strain, and recovery features
- Partner with technical product managers to address hardware and sensor analytics challenges
- Integrate algorithm development into product strategy through rigorous analysis
- Mentor and grow a team of analysts, providing both leadership and technical guidance
- Balance strategic thinking with direct, hands-on analytical work
What We Look For
- Strong background in data analytics
- Interest in product-driven decision making
- Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable insights
- Comfort working at the intersection of product strategy, technical evaluation, and analytics
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts
- Industry experience is valued but not required; analytical skill, curiosity, and clear communication are most important
