The Innovation team is actively seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for our Innovation Department, which operates from our offices located in New York, NY; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Burlington, MA; Providence, RI; Tysons, VA; or Columbia, MD.
This pivotal role entails overseeing a suite of custom-built tax products and services, effectively translating the firm’s tax strategy, regulatory mandates, and client requirements into tangible business results. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with teams, engaging in technical and strategic insight sessions to pinpoint and address business and product challenges, ensuring alignment between technical processes and the overarching business/product vision.

This role is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmaps, releases, and ROI for our tax products and serves as the people leader for Product Managers and Product Analysts. The Senior Manager holds full authority over priorities, releases, and budget, with a mandate to enhance the quality and consistency of product management across teams.
