The Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations leads Okta’s global recruiting operations from San Francisco. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and other teams to improve hiring efficiency, enable better decision-making, and create a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
As Okta grows, this position plays a central part in shaping and scaling the recruiting function. The Senior Manager designs and rolls out programs, processes, and strategies to support consistent, high-quality hiring across the company. Success depends on a systems mindset, data-driven improvements, and a drive for operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine scalable recruiting processes for global teams to support efficient, high-quality hiring
- Design and implement a streamlined recruiting coordination process
- Spot bottlenecks in the hiring lifecycle and drive ongoing improvements for greater efficiency and consistency
- Set operational rhythms, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance standards for recruiting teams
- Lead change management efforts to introduce new processes and ensure adoption across regions and functions
