About the Role
In the role of Senior Manager of Sales Planning and Strategy, you will be essential in advancing our key business objectives and shaping the sales strategy and planning roadmap. You will lead a dynamic team of sales planners responsible for both strategic initiatives, such as aligning incentive structures with corporate goals and integrating new products into our sales strategy, and operational tasks like crafting compensation plans and ensuring effective implementation of plans with measurable outcomes.
What You Will Drive
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead a high-performing sales planning team to develop and execute innovative incentive programs for our SMB Sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage collaboratively with various departments, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product, to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize comprehensive data analysis to extract actionable insights and trends, enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Sales Performance Optimization: Partner with Sales leaders to identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
