The Senior Manager of Special Projects will oversee the execution of pivotal Operations initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal capabilities. This role is perfect for an individual enthusiastic about optimizing operations and establishing robust infrastructure to support rapid growth in both global retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Your responsibilities will include managing special cross-functional projects that enhance order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align operational strategies, develop scalable tools, fulfill reporting requirements, and derive insights to streamline workflows across the organization.
