Key Responsibilities Wholesale Operations Oversee wholesale order processing, ensuring adherence to account routing guides and EDI requirements. Demonstrated experience with major wholesale vendor portals (e.g., Saks, NM, Nordstrom, BLM) and their maintenance. Familiarity with B2B wholesale platforms such as Nuorder/Joor Portal. Collaborate with sales, planning, and logistics teams to synchronize inventory availability with wholesale demand. Monitor account-level performance and proactively address chargeback risks or shipping issues. Support B2B vendor compliance initiatives to meet wholesale partner standards. Manage account relationships, including credit card processing and B2B interactions. Develop and implement SOPs and guidelines for operational excellence.
