ABOUT THE JOB
We are in search of a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance our SG&A recruiting efforts. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our People organization and various General & Administrative departments, tasked with elevating our recruitment capabilities. We are looking for an individual who is a blend of strategic planner, talent attractor, and operational powerhouse. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, influencing key hiring decisions, continuously improving recruiting processes, and ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the SG&A lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer closure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for assigned SG&A functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and growth trajectories.
