Senior Manager, Price & Discount Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Reactivations Center of Excellence within the Global Pricing & Benefits Team. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of our reactivation roadmap across our international markets (three brands in 14 markets). You will collaborate closely with local leadership, technology, marketing, and other teams to establish strategic priorities, identify optimization opportunities, and develop new incentives and benefits that can be incubated, tested, and scaled across markets.
Key Challenges:
- How can we enhance customer reactivation cost-effectively?
- What incentives can we design to encourage increased spending with HelloFresh?
- How can we tailor discounts for our customers both manually and through machine learning models?
Your Responsibilities
- International Reactivation Strategy: Lead the strategic adaptation and execution of our reactivation roadmap across international markets, ensuring alignment with global best practices and discount strategies.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving current reactivation strategies through extensive analysis, enhancing customer lifetime value while managing overall growth.
- End-to-End Experimentation: Own the complete A/B testing lifecycle, from hypothesis generation and test setup to execution and post-test analysis, to continuously refine our incentive models.
- Market Insight & Action: Monitor performance and competitive landscapes in key international markets, translating global best practices into actionable, localized incentive strategies for lapsed customers.
