Key Responsibilities:Lead and nurture a high-performing Support Engineering team in Europe, establishing clear expectations, encouraging professional growth, and promoting psychological safety. Oversee SLA adherence and operational integrity, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for our enterprise clientele. Enhance and execute our data-driven support operating model to align with company growth trajectories. Serve as a composed escalation leader during critical incidents, coordinating effectively across teams and communicating transparently with customers. Forge strong feedback channels with Product and Engineering, converting customer challenges into structured, actionable insights. Refine support infrastructure, tools, workflows, and documentation to minimize recurring issues and boost team productivity. Collaborate closely with Customer Solutions and Sales teams to support enterprise accounts and complex customer projects. Act as a player-coach, engaging in complex technical challenges as needed.
