JOIN OUR TEAM

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a robust background in New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our Sentry Manufacturing team. This team is at the forefront of rapidly developing and producing state-of-the-art defense hardware, encompassing both static and mobile ground systems, aimed at enhancing force protection and counter-UAS capabilities. The role encompasses all facets of the manufacturing value chain, including but not limited to design for manufacturability, tooling design and selection, process development and optimization, vendor sourcing, quality planning, and documentation of processes related to the hardware under the engineer's purview.

If you possess a track record of taking initiative in solving technical challenges with innovative physical solutions, either through hands-on manufacturing or overseeing production in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, you may be the ideal candidate for this position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize your expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) to effectively transition electromechanical products from prototypes to high-volume production, enhancing design for manufacturability, assembly, and supply chain scalability.
  • Design and implement streamlined manufacturing processes, taking ownership of portions or the entirety of the manufacturing value chain for complex products.
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives to establish new manufacturing systems while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines and changes.
  • Integrate automation and cohesive workflows to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop process flows, deconstructing large, intricate assemblies into manageable subassemblies and sub-processes.
