About The Role:

As we ramp up production of our revolutionary eVTOL aircraft, your role as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be pivotal within the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team. You will serve as a critical link between aircraft design and its manufacturing process.

In this position, you will lead the development of structural manufacturing strategies, aligning high-level architectural goals with practical execution to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to early production phases.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership and technical direction for structural assembly and integration processes, encompassing both prototype and production assembly sequencing.
  • Lead the technical development of structural component builds, collaborating with design, quality, and certification teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance from initial concept through to flight test readiness.
  • Develop tooling and fixture solutions for prototype builds, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.
