We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Technical Lead to spearhead manufacturing technical readiness for two simultaneous New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. In this pivotal role, you will take charge as the lead engineer on one program, while also cultivating a dedicated team, including a Junior Manufacturing Engineer and an in-region Process Engineer, to drive the execution of the second program. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, supporting production ramps, and ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency from prototype builds through to full-scale production. This will involve close collaboration with Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain, Quality, and factory teams.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Design for Excellence (DFX), process design and validation, as well as fixture and equipment design, and will thrive in a hands-on factory environment. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will be accountable for the timely execution of NPI deliverables, ensuring adherence to program deadlines, while mentoring and cultivating your team's ability to deliver consistent and scalable manufacturing outcomes.
