About The Role:

As a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing the production systems for our next-generation aircraft. This position straddles product design, factory strategy, and capital execution, encompassing everything from initial manufacturing concepts to equipment specifications, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and renowned external suppliers to create highly automated and scalable manufacturing systems.

What You’ll Do:

In your role as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Tooling & Equipment, you will lead the development of intricate manufacturing equipment and tooling solutions essential for aircraft assembly. You will establish requirements, foster supplier collaboration, and oversee the delivery of production-ready systems from concept through factory integration and ramp-up. This position demands a strong technical foundation, ownership over capital projects, and the ability to convert product specifications into scalable manufacturing solutions.
