latamcent seeks a Senior Marketing Automation Engineer based in Colombia to lead the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of global marketing automation programs. This remote position focuses on campaign management, data quality, and driving measurable improvements in pipeline performance for a growing B2B company.
The role works closely with marketing, digital, and operations teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and ensure systems operate efficiently. Automation strategies must scale across regions, requiring strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Experience managing complex workflows in a growth-focused setting is essential.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Execution
- Oversee daily Marketo operations, including campaign setup, quality checks, testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Design and maintain multi-step nurture programs, lead scoring models, and A/B testing processes.
- Manage inquiry capture workflows and lead routing between Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve data integrity and automation issues.
- Collaborate with digital and web teams to enhance chat, personalization, and lead capture features.
- Coordinate with distributed or offshore execution teams to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Document campaign workflows, processes, and automation standards in detail.
Strategy and Optimization
- Contribute to shaping and refining the global marketing automation roadmap.
- Align automation strategies with campaign goals, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing plans.
- Continuously improve lead scoring, targeting, and campaign workflows to increase pipeline conversion rates.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Support global and regional teams by creating scalable campaign templates and workflows for localization.
- Provide training and resources to internal teams to ensure consistent adoption of automation best practices.
