The Team You Will Join:
As a vital part of Airbnb's Consumer Insights & Research team, you will play a key role in harnessing human insights to drive informed business decisions. Your expertise will support the Marketing organization, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment where curiosity and consumer understanding are paramount. You will report directly to the Head of Consumer Insights and closely collaborate with Marketing leadership, as well as cross-functional teams across Product, Innovation, and Research.
Your Impact:
In this influential position, you will serve as the leading voice for consumer perception, brand equity, and audience insights, ensuring that our marketing strategies are deeply rooted in a comprehensive and continually updated understanding of our consumers. You will oversee and enhance Airbnb's brand health tracking program, translating intricate data into actionable insights that directly inform brand positioning and marketing priorities. Your success will be measured by the extent to which marketing leadership relies on your insights to shape briefs, campaigns, and audience strategies, with tangible results in brand equity and audience engagement.
A Day in Your Life:
- Lead and manage Airbnb's brand health tracking program , analyze brand equity trends, maintain the measurement framework, and distill findings into clear, actionable strategies for marketing and brand development.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership as the primary expert in consumer insights, ensuring that consumer perspectives are integrated into strategies, briefs, and priorities from the inception of projects.
