Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM or 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) + benefits

Role Overview

In this diverse and impactful role, you will be crucial in building a high-performing marketing engine. You will cultivate warm leads, establish new pipelines, create campaigns, and collaborate closely with internal leaders as well as trusted external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the formulation and implementation of marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Developing and nurturing warm leads through CRM initiatives and targeted outreach.
  • Identifying and attracting new strategic prospects across existing and emerging sectors.
  • Managing and optimizing HubSpot tools to enhance lead quality and engagement.
  • Executing product and service-focused digital campaigns that yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with the 3–5 year strategy.
  • Develop and engage warm leads within the CRM database.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic prospects within targeted sectors.
  • Oversee HubSpot optimization, including workflows, scoring, and content performance.
  • Plan and implement digital campaigns centered on products and services.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and creative partners.
  • Manage website content, performance, and continuous improvements.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing for a new sector.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance with a focus on ROI.

About You

You are organized, proactive, and thrive in hands-on roles where you can make a tangible impact. Ideally, you will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
