Role Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Intelligence Officer, you will spearhead our marketing data strategy, crafting insightful dashboards and enabling data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve collaboration across various teams including Performance, CRM, BI, and Regional Marketing to link marketing initiatives to tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and enhance real-time dashboards to monitor core marketing KPIs across various markets.
  • Create automated reporting frameworks to streamline performance updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize historical data and predictive models to forecast user growth, revenue impact, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee brand health metrics tracking, focusing on awareness, consideration, NPS, and perception across multiple regions.
  • Lead primary research efforts including consumer surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Gather secondary research and market intelligence from reputable external sources to support positioning and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to evaluate country-specific campaign results and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing measurement framework that correlates media investments with business outcomes.
  • Work in tandem with CRM and Lifecycle Marketing teams to analyze conversion rates, churn, reactivation, and LTV by cohort.
  • Assist performance marketing efforts with audience segmentation, behavioral analytics, and channel attribution insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities including campaign strategies, pricing, share-of-voice, and digital presence through benchmarking reports.
  • Act as the marketing team's liaison with BI, Finance, and Product teams for cohesive data interpretation.
  • Prepare periodic business reviews, executive summaries, and insights reports demonstrating marketing impact.
  • Introduce advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., regression, cluster analysis) to enhance analytical rigor.
  • Provide training and documentation to promote data literacy and insight-driven thinking within the marketing department.
