Your Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead and elevate the marketing strategy for the DACH region, enhancing brand positioning and fortifying the company's visibility among clinics, healthcare professionals, and patient communities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will manage a team of 3-5 marketing professionals and serve as a vital ally to sales and clinical teams.
This role transcends traditional marketing functions; we seek a strategic marketing leader capable of redefining marketing as a core business catalyst. You will craft brand narratives, bolster market trust, support adept sales teams, and establish a modern, data-driven marketing framework in a highly regulated medtech landscape.
Your contributions will be essential in restoring brand trust following past industry challenges and in shaping our client’s reputation among clinics, key opinion leaders (KOLs), patients, and communities.
