Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design, engineering, and project management. Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful projects. Technical SkillsIn-depth expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and others. Strong understanding of local building codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, and other relevant standards. Ability to perform advanced calculations and system modeling. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the design, assessment, and coordination of MEP systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
