Senior Mission Trainer Team Lead

GRVTY is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for the Senior Mission Trainer role to support the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Ft Belvoir, VA. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing training support and managing a distributed team in daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and deliver training materials aimed at achieving intelligence objectives, standards, and tradecraft.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, and curricula to meet educational goals and maintain materials within the designated educational systems such as AGILE and Training Development Capability (TDC).
• Analyze and review new policy and doctrine publications, providing feedback and recommendations for integration into training products.
• Establish and maintain training records and tracking systems as mandated by government requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with capability to obtain CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in the field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in conducting training across multiple geographic locations in the U. S.
• 5 years of experience in creating training materials or curricula in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
• Demonstrated experience in instructing and conducting training for military personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or the Intelligence Community over the past 15 years, or an Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
