YOUR ROLE
We are seeking to enhance our Wealth Design team.
- You will oversee an entire problem space, delivering design solutions from initial concept through to implementation and beyond.
- Facilitate alignment with product and engineering teams to prioritize product design and execution.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to create exceptional user experiences tailored to diverse personas.
- Partner with design leadership across various projects at Trade Republic to refine our design processes, operations, and practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, focusing on building, prototyping, and evolving digital products, particularly in mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates a passion for design, expertise in problem-solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile interfaces, prototyping, and a keen aesthetic sense.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities, set product goals, and make informed decisions based on user and business needs.
